Past: U.S. Grant Symposium

Dr. Ronald C. White, Jr., is the principal speaker. He is the author of "American Ulysses: A Life of Ulysses S. Grant. The biography is a three-dimensional portrait of Grant the man — husband, father, leader, writer — that should set the standard by which all future biographies of him will be measured. There will be a performance by Cathy Barton and Dave Para from their album, "Civil War Music of the Western Border at the gazebo, followed by the keynote address by Dr. White.
