Discover giant life-size prehistoric bugs crawling up the walls. Envision prehistoric life through our dinosaur and ice age exhibits. Find out what Lewis and Clark carried with them on their 1804 expedition. See the world through the eyes of Tom Runnels, local artist, writer, and sculptor, in a collection of metal sculptures, paintings, and prints. The young and the not so young will have fun in the Discover & Play area with children's fossil dig, dinosaur puzzles, museum scavenger hunt with prizes on Saturday and Sunday,and other fun activities.

Enjoy these adventures and more at the Bollinger County Museum of Natural History during Fall Festival weekend taking place September 21-24, 2017.

The museum will be open extended hours fall festival weekend. Hours on Saturday, September 23 will be 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM and hours on Sunday, September 24 will be 12:00PM to 4:30PM.

The museum will be open our regular hours of 12PM-4:30PM on Thursday, September 21 and Friday, September 22.

Regular admission to the museum will apply.

Museum admission: Adults $5 and 17 years and under $2
