Ever wonder how to prepare delicious dishes from the bountiful game of Missouri? Come join us for an evening about using the fruits of your hunting and fishing trips. We’ll go over how to get started in some of Missouri’s great outdoor traditions and how to take game from field to table. Afterwards, you’ll have a chance to sample a variety of dishes made by staff and volunteers. A cookbook of favorite recipes will be available to take home. Ages 10-17 welcome with a registered accompanying adult.
