Past: Old Town Cape, Inc.'s 15th Annual Downtown Christmas Open House Event

The 15th Annual Downtown Christmas Open House two-day event will take place 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2 and will feature two opportunities to win a $500 downtown Cape Girardeau shopping spree!

The family-friendly open house event will include live caroling throughout the downtown area, as well as caroling on the downtown trolley (sponsored by Downtown Merchants Group: Cape Girardeau), free activities for children, free horse and wagon rides from Meier Horse Shoe Pines (sponsored by Mississippi Mutts), and our participating stores will be decorated and waiting for you with holiday merchandise, in-store deals, and special events!

-Free pictures with Santa, sponsored by Cape Noon Optimist Club

-Free children’s activities, facilitated by SEMO Athletics

-Caroling on Spanish, Main, and Water Streets, along with caroling on the FREE downtown trolley, sponsored by Downtown Merchants Group: Cape Girardeau

Saturday, December 2, from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

-FREE pictures with The Grinch, hosted by Catapult Creative House

-FREE children’s activities, facilitated by Catapult Creative House

-Caroling along Broadway Street, along with caroling on the FREE downtown trolley, sponsored by Downtown Merchants Group: Cape Girardeau
