Past: Children's Arts Festival opening reception

The Arts Council of Southeast Missouri is proud to host the opening reception for the annual Children's Arts Festival. This will be the 18th anniversary of the Children's Arts Festival and is a highlight of just one of the many programs the Arts Council puts forth. Come join us as we celebrate young artists from grades 3 through 8, across 28 different schools in the Southeast Missouri region. First-, second- and third-place winners from each grade level, along with other students who were exemplary in their artistic talents, will be recognized.
