Past: Racing to Read: Talk and Read (ages birth - 6) @ your Cape Public Library

This program features songs, poems, and fun activities to help build a strong foundation for reading readiness. Each family will take home a free book. Funding for this program series is provided by an IMLS Racing to Read grant administered through the Missouri State Library.
