Salad: Pomegranate and Goat Cheese Salad with Candied Pecans

Entree: Ginger Salmon & Chocolate Coffee Rubbed Sirloin served with a Roasted Potato Blend and Chili Pepper Garlic Seasoning. Served with Fresh Herb Seasoned Rolls

Dessert: Chocolate Lava Cake with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Fresh Raspberries and Almond Dust
