Past: Fit Fam Charity Event for Sara Kiplinger

Anytime Fitness and Modern Woodmen are holding a charity event for Sara Kiplinger who has been diagnosed with scleroderma. It will be held on March 24 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Anytime Fitness of Cape, 1131 N. Kingshighway.

All Anytime Fitness members are just $20 donation to participate and non-members $25.

Competition will consist of Wall Sit, Plank and Bar Hang. Best combined time wins a 6 month membership. There will be 3 catagories: women, men and over 55.

Anytime Fitness is also excepting donations for those who do not want to compete.

100% donations go to Sara to help with medical bills.
