Past: Fit Cape Stroller Workout for New Mothers & Fathers

Join us for a fun mom (or dad!) and baby stroller workout. It's more than just a walk in the park, and there's no sitter needed! Grab your child (6 weeks to 4 years) and join in as you turn your stroller into the best workout device around.

Saturdays, April 14 - May 19 from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. at the Osage Centre

Participants must pre-register by April 10.

Fee: $30 per person
