Past: Traeger Grills BBQ Classics Shop Class

Open to cooking enthusiasts of all levels, from novice grillers to competition pitmasters, all attendees will receive interactive instruction on how to grill, smoke, bake, roast, braise and BBQ with wood fire, as well as tips and tricks for preparation, best practices, demonstrations and even a few secret ingredients.

BBQ Classics Shop Class - March 26 - Hosted By Curtis Nations.

It’s hard to beat the classics, so this class will show you how to do them even better. From St. Louis-style ribs, pizza and steak, to dessert and even a Tito’s vodka smoked lemonade, you’ll blow away your guests with your smokin’ new skills.

This Class will be taught by Traeger’s resident Pit Master, Curtis Nations, an avid BBQ competitor and 2013 and 2014 winner of Utah BBQ Association’s Team of the Year. Recently, he’s joined forces with 2 competitors to create a super pack team, Utah Barbecue Company. Curtis cooks up killer BBQ for 14-20 competitions a year.

Each Traeger Shop Class includes:

3-4 hours of instruction from a pitmaster

Wood-fired samples cooked by the pros

A take-home BBQ manual with pitmaster-approved recipes and tips
