Past: Safe House for Women Ceremonial Shelter Groundbreaking

The Safe House for Women, along with the Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce and the Jackson Chamber of Commerce, will hold a ceremonial groundbreaking for their new shelter construction project on Friday, April 6, 2018 at 2 p.m. The public is invited to attend.

Because of the confidential nature of the construction project, the groundbreaking will be held at Cape County Park North, 2400 County Park Drive, Cape Girardeau. The ceremony will take place at the Victims’ Tree with a reception to follow at Shelter #5.
