Junior Golfers Invited to Compete in East Missouri District Optimist Golf Tournament

Eureka, MO – The East Missouri District (EMO) of Optimist International invites local junior golfers to compete in the upcoming East Missouri District Optimist Jr. Golf Qualifying Tournament on June 7, 2018, in Eureka, MO at the Aberdeen Golf Club. The tournament is open to GIRLS and BOYS ages 10 to 18.

Top competitors can qualify to move on to compete in the Optimist International Junior Golf Championships at PGA National Resort and Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

From the District level tournament two (2) golfers in each age division will be able to advance to the Optimist International Championships as long as they meet the scoring requirements.

Each year approximately 700 junior golfers ages 10 to 18 travel from around the world to play in the Optimist International Junior Golf Championships.
