Fast Pitch Softball PITCHING CLINIC at the SPORTSPLEX

Want to improve your mechanics? Instructors emphasize basic throwing mechanics using the windmill motion including balance, proper arm path and proper follow

through. Class meets indoors at the Cape Girardeau Sportsplex. Students are required to provide their own catcher, gloves, and tennis shoes or molded cleats (no black sole shoes or metal cleats) to each lesson.
