Past: Southeast Horizons: Junior Veterinarian
Southeast Missouri State University Extended and Continuing Education
Students that have a love for animals will enjoy this camp. They will learn the basics from a local veterinarian, including animal behavior and anatomy, and diagnosis and treatment. Students will discover the many sources of information veterinarians rely on everyday to save furry friends. They will also spend time in the lab identifying parasites that harm animals and have “patients” visit the classroom. For students with allergies, please note that students will interact with animals throughout the week. Sponsored by Skyview Animal Clinic.
Open to ages 9-14. Course fee is $100. Lab fee is $29.
