Past: SEMO Gymnastics High Performance Camp

The SEMO Gymnastics High Performance Camp is geared towards providing valuable instruction on the basic foundational skills of gymnastics along with an environment to be able to work new skills. As a camp, we strive to give each camper a great experience filled with drill progressions, good technique and a fun time! The SEMO Gymnastics High Performance Camp is open to any and all female entrants between grades 8-18.
