Enjoy a leisurely Sunday afternoon at the museum.

Discover Southeast Missouri where dinosaurs roamed, brother fought brother and man explored. Exhibits include: Trail of Tears, Missouri dinosaur discovery, Tom Runnels art, dinosaurs, fossils, Native American artifacts, Civil War, North American Mammals, and many other items of interest inside this architectural treasure that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

In the children's discover and play area enjoy the animated triceratops, dinosaur puzzles, fossil dig, dinosaur dig, and many other activities. Children of all ages will be thrilled to touch the fur samples on the new fur touch table.

In the Discovery Lab touch dinosaur teeth, claws, and skin; examine dinosaur bone, insects, and other specimens with microscope fun, explore the world of rocks and fossils, magnet magic,and more.

Museum hours: Noon - 4:30 p.m.

Museum Admission: Adults $5 and 17 years and under $2
