Past: Vicki Rueseler Overstreet Exhibit

The Arts Council of Southeast Missouri is proud to present the work of Cape Girardeau native, Vicki Rueseler Overstreet during the month of October. Overstreet has studied oil & plein air painting with many artists throughout the country in her pursuit to 'try and capture light, color and shadow in that particular place and moment.' Her exhibit emphasizes energetic plein air pieces, as well as landscapes, in a beautiful display reflective of this noble pursuit!
