Past: Marketeers Day at the Cape Riverfront Market

In celebration of National #FarmersMarketWeek, the Cape Riverfront Market will be dedicating Saturday, August 11, to the children who attend the market each week, the Marketeers!

Enjoy live music from the SEMO Steel Drum Band, and treat your kiddos to three different activities that will earn them market tokens. The tokens are each worth $1.00, and can then be used to buy fruits or vegetables from any of our produce vendors. Children can earn up to $3.00 in tokens during Marketeers Day.

The Marketeers Day activities will include making a seed necklace, a market scavenger hunt, a produce-themed rock painting activity. Marketeers Day will take place from 8 a.m. - noon.
