Past: Speed Dating/Companionship Event for Older Adults

Southeast Missouri State University, Department of Criminal Justice, Social Work, and Sociology will be hosting a Speed Dating/Companionship Event for Older Adults. We are looking for 12 men & 12 women 65 years or older for a speed dating/companionship event. This is a time for single older adults to come and meet others who are interested in having new partners in social outings, such as dinner out, movies, walks, chatting about life, traveling, etc. The cost is free, however, registration is required.

To qualify, you must be: (a) age 65 or older (b) single, widowed, or divorced (c) must be self-ambulatory & (d) absence of significant cognitive deficiency. Date: Tuesday, Oct 23, 2018 from 3pm to 5pm at the John and Betty Glenn Convocation Center on the Southeast River Campus.
