Past: Challenge Yourself To A Lifetime of Fitness!

Southeast HealthPoint Fitness will kick off a month-long celebration of the renovation of their facilities. Both the Cape Girardeau and Jackson fitness centers beginning Tuesday, Sept 4 plans include:

• Free Community Educational Seminars lead by SoutheastHEALTH physicians on Wednesday, Sept 5 and Thursday, Sept. 6

• Member Only specials and activities on Friday, Sept. 7 and Saturday, Sept. 8

• A Community Open House on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. that will include tours, demonstrations, activities and refreshments.
