Past: Outdoor Cooking: Catfish

Registration begins on-line December 15 (ages 12+) Program is free.

Catfish are fun to catch on the pole and mighty fine to cook over a fire. This afternoon we will test out several different ways to cook and enjoy catfish at the campsite after a day of fishing.
