Past: Christmas Through the Eyes of a Child - Uptown Jackson Christmas Parade

The Uptown Jackson Revitalization Organization (UJRO) Promotions Committee and Uptown Merchants are happy to present this year’s annual Uptown Jackson Christmas Parade and Open House on December 1st at 5 p.m.

The parade route will begin on W. Main St., travel up the hill and turn onto S. High St., so that after Santa arrives he can go straight to the gazebo for pictures.

Participating merchants will be open until 8 p.m.

Get an early start on your holiday shopping, have dinner and/or cocktails and enjoy all of the special holiday festivities that Uptown Jackson will offer. Those merchants staying open late will offer a variety of warm beverages, holiday treats, special promotions and complimentary gift wrap.

There will also be strolling carolers, a festive tree display and refreshments at the History Center AND Santa in the gazebo, all from 5:30 to 9 p.m.
