Past: Show Me Space - Grissom Center Grand Opening

Spend a day with space royalty while we celebrate the grand opening of the Grissom Center in Bonne Terre, MO!

It will be an all day event, and the agenda is as follows:

10 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Ribbon Cutting

10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. Tour the Museum (Includes book signing with George Leopold and Jerry Ross)

12 p.m. – 1 p.m. Lunch Break

1 p.m. – 2 p.m. Flight Director Rob Kelso speaks

2 p.m. - Open Ended: Panel Discussion with guests

Guests scheduled to attend include Astronauts Charles Walker, Richard Richards, Linda Godwin, and Jerry Ross. Shuttle Flight Director Rob Kelso, Author George Leopold, and Public Television Celebrity Janet Ivey. Distinguished guests include Lowell, Scott, and Mark Grissom.

Note: Seating is limited so order your ticket now to assure your spot. If there are some tickets left, they will be offered on site to anyone there, but with as yet an undetermined increase in price.

The Space Museum and the Grissom Center will also be open for regular business that day from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and then again from 10:30 to 12 noon. Anyone there will be able to purchase the anytime ticket.
