Past: Oak Ridge R-VI School Kindergarten Screening/Enrollment and Screening (for 3 & 4 yr. olds)

Appointments are necessary and can be made by calling the school (573) 266-3232 beginning March 1st.

Children must be 5 years old before August 1, 2019 to attend kindergarten in the fall.

All immunizations must be up to date before children are permitted to attend class. If children receive immunizations after the enrollment date their updated record must be presented on the first day of school.
