Past: FACES NOT FORGOTTEN Exhibit

Catapult Creative House

The Faces Not Forgotten quilts will be on display at Catapult Creative House, 612 Broadway, from April 5-25. The quilts are made up of artist portraits of young gun violence victims age 20 and younger. They serve as a reminder that behind all the statistics are real people whose lives have been tragically cut short. The quilts on display are of Missouri gun violence victims. The southeast Missouri chapter of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense is a proud sponsor of this event.

On Friday, April 5 from 5-9,there will be an opening night reception as part of the monthly First Friday with the Arts. At 7:00, Faces Not Forgotten founder Christine Ilweski and Lynda Stewart with Moms Demand Action will lead a panel discussion about the exhibit, gun violence in America and Be SMART for Kids, a gun safety program.
