Past: Cemetery Preservation Workshop- Part I

The Historic Preservation Program at Southeast Missouri State University, in partnership with the City of Cape Girardeau Historic Preservation Commission, will host a two-part workshop on cemetery preservation April 11th and 13th. Part I will be a lecture on cemetery preservation on Thursday, April 11th from 11:00am until 12:15pm in the Heritage Room of the UC on the campus of Southeast Missouri State University. The lecture will focus on the importance of cemetery preservation while explaining the techniques of preservation.
