Past: The Society of Broke Souls

The Society of Broken Souls consists of Dennis James and Lauryn Shapter. Their music may be described as “Folk-Noir” with songs ranging from “darkly fictitious to the profoundly personal.” We fell in love with the vibe of these multi-instrumentalist (electric and acoustic guitar, keyboards, fiddle, and percussion) from their YouTube videos.
