Past: Color Dash 5K and Fun Walk

The Saint Francis Foundation is hosting the first ever Color Dash in Cape Girardeau on October 12.

This event will raise funds for the Dig For Life Program at Saint Francis which provides free cancer screenings for the top four cancers in this region. (Breast, Lung, Prostate and Colon)
