Past: R.A.D. Studios Open House

We’re having an open house! Come and visit us in our awesome space, register for classes, and find out about our fall production, auditions, and all things R.A.D.

Oh, and of course we’ll have snacks.

SPECIAL GUEST:

Ryan Townsend, from The Jeanine Larson Dobbins Conservatory of Theatre and Dance at SEMO, will be hosting a FREE audition workshop from 1pm-2pm during our open house on Saturday. September 28th. This workshop will be geared towards the collegiate audition process. This is a GREAT opportunity learn what makes a successful audition!

Ryan Townsend received his BFA in Voice Performance from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA, and his MM in Voice Performance from The University of Miami’s Frost School of Music in Coral Gables, FL. He has previously taught theatre, voice, and theory at New World School of the Arts in Miami, FL as well as in his own private studio.

Dimitri will be running mini improv and vocal workshops throughout the open house! These workshops are TOTALLY free and TOTALLY awesome.

We have door prizes. Really cool door prizes. A Pair of tickets to each performance of our Fall play, “Day Six” by Ed Monk!!!! To be eligible for a door prize, simply register for any class at our open house, or be registered online in at least one class by 2PM on Saturday, September 28th 2019.
