Past: October First Friday with Painted Wren Art Gallery

Painted Wren Art Gallery

Stop by and see what's new at Painted Wren. There are beautiful wooden bowls handcrafted by Aubrey Rutherford. Annette Bushong's nature oil paintings are wonderfully rendered. Chief Paul White Eagle has a new oil painting on display. Do you like old barns? You have to see Karen Sellars barns. One is a drawing; the other is an acrylic painting. Sandy Hovis is a new artist at Painted Wren. Check out her photographs. Mary Jane Moyers' pottery is gorgeous. Aaron Horrell is well-known for his nature photos, as well painted landscapes and whimsical imaginary pieces. Barb Bailey has a nice selection of handcrafted, artisan goat milk soaps, upcycled feed sack tote bags, and handknit dish cloths. Be sure to take a look at Aaron and Barb's children's books and any-occasion cards.

While you are at the Gallery, be sure to paint your triangle on the Missouri 2021 Mural, if you haven't already. Bring your family and friends and become a part of Missouri history.
