Past: Winter Birding 101

Have a hard time telling a junco from a nuthatch? Join us to learn the basics of winter birding, including how to recognize birds by their calls. The first part of the program will be indoors to learn how to identify some of our common winter birds. Then, we will grab our binoculars and hit the trail. The hike will be about 1 mile on moderate terrain. Please dress for the weather and bring shoes suitable for uneven terrain.
