Get ready to run OR walk 2.1 miles on the Cape LaCroix Trail - with a twist!
Starting and ending near the Lexington/Route W trailhead, you’ll also take a .45 (just under half a mile) side trip off the beaten path, through the beautiful Cape Woods.

DIVISIONS: 0-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
HOODIE SIZES: Youth Medium, Youth Large, Adult Small, Adult Medium, Adult Large, Adult XL, Adult 2XL ($2.00 extra), and Adult 3XL ($3.00 extra)
Awards given to overall winners, and the top three runners in each division. Walkers are non-competitive. Awards will be presented at Missouri Running Company following the race.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to safety concerns regarding the area of unpaved trail running through Cape Woods, we regret that we are unable to accommodate dogs, strollers, or wheelchairs in this event.
Pick up hoodies and race bibs at Missouri Running Company on Friday, 1/16 from 3 to 6 p.m. or on race day from 7 to 7:45 a.m.
