Past: Vascular Screenings

You may be at risk of a preventable, life-threatening condition and not realize it. Find out through our convenient vascular screenings. Three screens are offered: Carotid artery, ultrasound of the neck to check for buildup of fatty plaque, the number one cause of stroke; abdominal aorta, ultrasound of the stomach area to see if the largest blood vessel, the aorta, is enlarged; and peripheral artery, testing of the feet and legs for narrowing blood vessels that reduce blood flow to limbs. Each test is $50, and all three are offered as a package for $110. A bone density test to check for osteoporosis is also offered for $30. Appointments are required.
