Past: 3 New Exhibits Opening in Kent Library

Please join us in Kent Library to celebrate the opening of three new, student-designed historical exhibits on Thursday, April 15th at 2pm in Sadie's Place on the Main Floor of Kent Library.
The three new exhibits are entitled:
"Who You Gonna Call? Recounting Over a Century of Telecommunication Service in Cape Girardeau" by Peter Reckling, Graduate Student, Public History & Historic Preservation- Dept. of History & Anthropology
"There is no I in House: The Significance of the Ramsay House from a Log Cabin to an I house" by Kaitlyn Barnett and Allyson Ingli, Janes Stephens Honors Program, Accelerated Graduate Students, Historic Preservation- Dept. of History & Anthropology
“Cultivating a Passion for the Medieval in the Present: Examining Student-led Collection Development in Special Collections & Archives” by Lakin Fraker, Graduate Student, Public History- Dept. of History & Anthropology and Graduate Assistant- Special Collections & Archives, Kent Library
This event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided. Masks and social distancing are required within Kent Library.
