Southeast Missouri State University’s Annual Spring Wildflower Walk will be held at the Charles Nemanick Alternative Agriculture Garden on Thursday, April 15.

The Spring Wildflower Walk is scheduled from 4-5:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public.

The walk is an opportunity for the Southeast and local community to see native plants blooming and learn about their life cycle and history. Additionally, visitors can visit the Butterfly and Pollinator Garden, and learn about the student-built Nemanick Garden.

The Spring Wildflower Walk is sponsored by the Department of Agriculture and the Southeast Horticulture Club to promote local gardening and address garden visitors’ plant questions.
