Past: Valentine's at the Plaza

Enjoy Valentine's Day at Ray's Plaza Banquet Center. There will be dinner, dancing and door prizes. Meal selection is chaf-carved top round of sirloin, herb roast breast of chicken, schrimp, scallop and bow-tie alfredo, tossed salad, Ykon gold mashed potatoes, country-style green beans, glazed baby carrots, rolls and butter, apple cobbler, iced tea, coffee and water. There will be a cash bar and DJ Skyy Jammer will play for you dancing pleasure. Cheekwood Studio will be available for you have to your photo taken at an additional charge. There will be a Sweetheart Spotlight where couples can enter the Flaunt Your Fashion contest during the evening. Contestants have the change to win a one-night stay at Auburn Place Hotel and Suites, one bottle of red wine and one bottle of white wine and a $20 gift certificate compliments of The Riverhouse and a Sweetheart Floral Arrangement from Muriel's Garden. Tickets in advance for a single is $40 and for a couple $75. Tickets at the door for a single is $50 and couple $100 or a table of eight for $300.
