Registration forms will be available beginning February 3rd at the A. C. Brase Arena, Shawnee Park Center and Osage Centre for ages 5-15 (Prior to 4/31/15). Forms will be available online at www.cityofcapegirardeau.org.

Registration Deadline: Friday, March 13

Tentative Start: Monday, April 27

Registration Fee: $55 (ages 5-8)

$65 (ages 9-12)

$95 (ages 13-15)

A $10 late fee will be applied after March 13.

*Registration fee includes: uniform shirt, 10-12 game schedule, Babe Ruth League team registration and team playing equipment (not including gloves).

Players may also sign up at a skills testing event.

Mandatory skills testing dates:

Tues., March 10th, 5:30 - 7:30 pm, Sat., March 14th, 2:30 - 4:30 pm and Tues., March 17th 5:30 - 7:30 pm Arena Park - Fields 6, 7 and 9
