America’s eagles are a conservation success story. These majestic birds once hovered near the brink of extinction, but effective conservation efforts and public support have caused their populations and wings to soar over Missouri once again. In this virtual program we will cover eagle biology and habits, places to view eagles in their nature habitats, and learn more about their remarkable recovery. This program is open to all ages, but most appropriate for ages 10 to adult. For those participating in our “A Year in Color,” this program is color-coded red, and virtual participants are welcome to pick their bead up at the nature center after the program.

Please make sure that your MDC account includes an accurate email address so that you can receive a link to the virtual program.
