Past: Hand Printed Valentines Workshop

The Arts Council invites you to join us for a Printmaking Workshop with a Valentine’s Day theme! Create one-of-a-kind greeting cards and valentines for your sweetie. Printmaking techniques allow artists to create multiples of a single image, perfect for embellishing a card with dozens of pink hearts or lovebirds. We will be using foam printmaking techniques, so plates will be easy to make for all age 6 and up! Demonstrations will take place at 11 a.m. and noon. Twelve participants will be accepted during each session. Reserve your space by calling the Arts Council today at (573) 334-9233. The Arts Council of Southeast Missouri will supply all the materials needed to make one or more cards, prints, or gift tags. There will be a $5 Fee to participate. The Arts Council highly encourages all ages to attend, but parental supervision is required for children under 12.
