Kelly Kindergarten Meeting/Screening

Dates Set for Kindergarten 2015-2016

A meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10th for parents and their child at 6:30 p.m. in the elementary gym. A bus ride, school tour, kindergarten expectations, and school supply list will all be included in this meeting. Parents attending this meeting will have first opportunity to schedule a screening appointment for March 24 or March 25 to have their child screened.

Screening will be held Tuesday, March 24th and Wednesday, March 25th from 8:30-3:00 in the elementary library. Parents unable to attend the March 10th meeting can call the Elementary Office at 545-3541 after March 10th to schedule an appointment.

Parents need to bring the child’s shot record, birth certificate, social security number, and proof of residency (ex.-electric bill) to the screening. To be eligible, your child must be five before August 1, 2015. Children need to be present at the screening and the meeting.

KELLY 4-YEAR OLD PRESCHOOL PROGRAM

The Scott County R-IV Kelly School District will be screening for the 4-year old Preschool Program for the 2015 – 2016 school year. Children must be 4 before August 1, 2015 to be eligible.

The screening will be conducted on Tuesday, March 24 and Wednesday, March 25, 2014 from 8:30a.m. – 3:00 p.m. in the Elementary Library. Your child will be evaluated to determine if they qualify for the program. A birth certificate, shot record, social security number, and proof of residency are needed at the screening. Screenings will take 1 to 1 ˝ hours. Call the elementary office at 545-3541 to schedule an appointment.
