Past: Low Birthweight Conference

MBRC is hosting their annual Low Birthweight Conference on October 25th from 9-1pm. Box lunch from McAlister's Deli provided.

The event has served as the only Maternal Health conference dedicated to reducing Low Birthweight babies in the Bootheel region. The Healthy Start program continues to increase awareness regarding the impact of low-birth-weight babies, maternal mortality, health disparities, and the reduction of infant mortality. We have confirmed several local, regional, and national presenters.
