Past: Among the Stars - A Celebration of Shawnee Hills Grapes & Wines

The Shawnee Hills Wine-Grape Association announces the inaugural “Among the Stars” event, A Celebration of Shawnee Hills Grapes & Wines. Scheduled for May 2, 2015 from 1-6pm at StarView Vineyards, the first ever festival will infuse a vineyard venue with homegrown flavor, growers and winemakers.

Savor a wide array of the Shawnee Hills Appellations great varietals from Chardonel to Chambourcin at the first annual Among the Stars Festival. This event celebrates all things local and features only wines made from grapes grown in the Shawnee Hills American Viticultural Area. Meet the passionate grape growers and winemakers behind your favorite wines and indulge in a variety of experiences, which can increase your knowledge, and enjoyment of the Shawnee Hills. The “Among the Stars” celebration will honor the Shawnee Hills distinctive character while bringing attention to the region.
