Past: Cape Girardeau Municipal Band

The Cape Girardeau Municipal Band will play for the last time this summer. A special ceremony will be held at 7:15 p.m., before the concert, renaming the band shell to the Dan Cotner Amphitheatre. Children in the audience will have the chance to conduct the band. The theme is Broadway showcase. Refreshments will be served at intermission. If it rains, the concert will be at the Osage Centre.
