Past: Cape County Tea Party Meeting

Cape Girardeau Public Library

The guest this month will be Cape Girardeau KCarl Smith, president and founder of the Frederick Douglass Republicans. He is the creator of the powerfully effective Frederick Douglass Republican Engagement Methodology. It's a unique messaging concept that embraces the four life-empowerment values of Douglass and employs the diversity engagement strategy of Apostle Paul. Smith is one of the most influential people in America. Most certainly, he is one of the most important people grassroots conservatives and Republican Party leaders should be listening to right now. He is a former U.S. Army officer and author of the bestselling book, Frederick Douglass Republicans: The Movement to Re-Ignite America's Passion for Liberty. The meeting is held the third Tuesday of each month and is called Third Tuesday Tea Time.
