Past: Fall Equinox Sounds of the Season Sound Bath

This is a community group deep relaxation sound meditation. We will focus on the celestial and harmonic sounds of nature. Through the use of sound healing instruments such as stringed instruments, gongs, singing bowls, drums, and voice all played in a meditative way to promote letting go into the flow of change .
