Cape Ballroom Friday Night Dance with Waltz Lesson

Friday, September 19th- 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

“The beautiful Waltz is one of the most popular ballroom dances of all time. The Waltz is a smooth dance that travels around the line of dance. Characterized by its "rise and fall" action, the Waltz includes a step, slide, and step in 3/4 time. " (liveabout.com/waltz)

Just $5 per person at the door, cash only. No bills over $20, please. Doors open at 6:45 p.m.

The evening begins at 7:00 p.m. with a 30-minute dance lesson, followed by dancing to mixed ballroom music. Line dances included.

No smoking. No alcohol. Water is available. You may bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.

Cape Ballroom Friday Night Dances are held from 7-9 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, 2731 Thomas Drive, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701.
