Maple Syrup Discovery Station

Three words: ooey, gooey, and delicious. These wonderful words describe maple syrup. This maple-y goodness can be harvested as sap from sugar maple trees and turned into syrup. Stop by this table to see some of the equipment involved and learn about the process from selecting the correct tree to tapping, storing sap, and cooking it down to syrup.
