Lucky Furever is a mini festival for pet owners and their families to celebrate and honor the pets that have gone before and to bless and protect the ones they have now.Lucky Furever started last year with the Blessing of the Animals birthday party we threw for our beloved Lucky. Little did we know our time with Lucky was limited and shortly after that he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Lucky's journey across the bridge led us to hold the" Furever in our Hearts" remembrance tribute for all pets who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. All who attended enjoyed the events and asked if they could continue and be held in order to honor Lucky's memory.. which leads us to bring to everyone the "Lucky Furever Festival". The mini festival will be on May 2nd and will start with the "Furever in our Hearts" balloon launch at Kent Library at 12:30 p.m. and then at Mississippi Mutts at around 1:00 p.m. Blessing of the Animals will begin. A minimum donation of $5 is required, all proceeds will go to benefitting the Rainbow Bridge Fund. With your donation a balloon, food and appetizers with Mediterranean flavors, entry to the events, and blessed keepsake will all be included.

Ceremonies and blessings will be performed by Father Daniel from St. John the Theologian Orthodox Church.
