Free Self Defense Class for Community

Free self-defense seminar sponsored by Moo Sul Kwan Cape Girardeau. Physical and psychological aspects of self-defense will be covered. Seminar is geared towards ages 12 through adult. Class will be taught by Grandmaster Doug Johnson, 8th degree black belt and Master's degree in psychological counseling. Techniques will include strikes, kicks and groundwork.
