Past: TG Missouri Afforestation Project

TG Missouri will host the 2nd North American Afforestation Planting project in 2015. 22,000 trees will be planted in front of the TG Missouri facility. The goal will be to secure 2,000 volunteers from the local community, state and local government, city officials, TG Missouri Team members and their families, and TG NA group volunteers. This project will be lead by world renowned Japanese botanist and expert in plant ecology, Professor Miyawaki. There will be an open house 9 to 11:30 a.m. Chris Jansen, Perryville native and country singer, will be on stage 11 a.m. to noon. The ceremony will be held at noon and the tree planting will be held 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
